Johnny Munkhammar is a Swedish economic analyst, commentator and Managing Director of Munkhammar Advisory. He is one of the most active speakers among the younger generation for liberal economic policies. He has worked closely together with several European and US think-tanks such as Timbro, Centre for European Policy Analysis and European Enterprise Institute. The main topic in his several research papers and 5 books has been free market economy and problems in the labour market.

In his presentation “Are Crises Required for Radical Reforms?” Mr Munkhammar analyses the causes of the financial crisis that has hit the world and points out that sustained economic development is only achieved through reforms and decisive reduction of state regulation.
