Estonian and the world economy are entering a decisive period. Estonia will have to choose, when a serious crisis emerges, whether to respond with a painful overregulation by the state or on the contrary, by continuing on a free market and searching for opportunities, how to make the best use of people’s individual creativity. Or should we even choose a third way of national capitalism, where the state will nationalize the companies that cannot handle the crisis?
It is time to discuss together, what would be in the current situation the best solutions for Estonia? For that we need a Restart – reviewing our actions and goals in order to get a boost for our progress.
The Economic conference Restart takes place on November 15, 2008 in Swissôtel conference centre in Tallinn with the start at 11.00 am.
Entry to the conference is by invitation only. All interested parties can follow the conference Photos and videos online. For further questions:restart@reform.ee
