Rein Lang has been dealing with the distinctive features of the Estonian economy as an entrepreneur and as a representative of the legislative and executive branch. Since 2003 he has been a Member of the Parliament, Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Chairman of the European Union Affairs Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Since 2007 he holds the position of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Estonia.

In his presentation Mr Lang will seek an answer to the question of how to transform Estonia into a successful business hub and which specific steps the state must take in order to establish a necessary legal and economic framework for that.
