Sten Tamkivi is the General Manager of Skype Estonia. For the last 12 years he has been starting, running and developing various Estonian IT enterprises. He is a member of the Informatics Council of Estonia, member of the Center for Policy Studies PRAXIS board and belongs to the management of a few investment companies.
