Viljar Arakas is a top executive in the Estonian real estate sector and currently he is working as a CEO of Eften Capital, which has investments mostly in commercial real estate. Until 2008 Mr Arakas was the CEO of Arco Vara. In addition Mr Arakas is the member of the board in the Tallinn Airport.
